Add Complaint, Cause, and Correction Details to Work Orders
Work orders now support service documentation using the widely accepted “3 Cs” format: Complaint, Cause, and Correction.
Teams can capture reported issues, diagnostic findings, and corrective action taken directly within work order line items to create clearer, more consistent service records.
Admins can also choose to require 3Cs documentation before a work order is marked complete, while still allowing active work orders to be saved as repairs are in progress.
Available to Professional, Premium and Enterprise [legacy] plans.
