Bulk Add Issues to Work Orders & Service Entries
You can now quickly add multiple issues to new and existing work orders and service entries. This functionality is available on any vehicle page and the Issue index.
How to Add Multiple Issues from Vehicle Pages
- Hover over an issue in the Open Issue card, click Resolve, and select Add to Work Order or Add to Service Entry.
- Select the issues you wish to add.
- Choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
- Hit Continue.
- Complete and save the work order or service entry.
How To Add Multiple Issues From the Issues Page
- Select multiple issues from the Issues Index. Note: You can only add one asset's issues at a time.
- Click the Actions button, and choose Add to Work Order or Add to Service Entry.
- Select the issues you wish to add.
- Choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
- Hit Continue.
- Complete and save the work order or service entry.
