The Fleetio Maintenance Provider Network is now live! Automatically create Service Entries in Fleetio from your repair shop’s point-of-sale, electronically approve repair orders, and get one bill for all your maintenance vendors. Check out the Shop Directory to get started!

Fleetio Go v2.0.1 is out and by popular demand, we've added a few other things that didn't quite make the cut for v2.0.0. Most notably, we added a new setting that allows a user to set the quality of the image upload for that phone when they are on the cellular network. Many of you asked to either lower the quality to make sure the upload was quick, or increase the quality to make sure you can see detail at all times. With this setting everyone is happy. Download Fleetio Go 2.0.1 today and check it out. Also, you can check out the release notes for more improvements we made.

We've been hard at work on Fleetio Go version 2.0, and it is now available to download. We rebuilt the app from the ground up to be faster and more responsive. You'll notice some BIG improvements in navigating through the app, especially when submitting an inspection. Now, while you're taking that inspection, you'll find that we're validating the meter entry before you submit the inspection. That way you are less likely to submit a wrong odometer. You'll also notice that we revamped Service Entries to match the work we did on the web app earlier this year. There are plenty of other improvements that won't fit here. You can check them all out on our release notes.

All Fleetio reports now show you exactly the filters you’ve applied! On standard reports, you can hover the filters label in the top left to see the filter details, and on Saved Reports and PDFs you will see the filters printed in a panel across the top of the page.

You can now customize Fleetio reports and save them for quick access! Start with a standard report, choose your columns and filters, and then click Save to give it a name. Your Saved Report will then appear within the standard Report list. We’d love to know what you think: feedback@fleetio.com!

You can now merge Vendors with one click! Easily clean up your vendor data by merging duplicate records, and all historical data will be combined on the new destination vendor. Learn more in our Help Center, and let us know what you think at feedback@fleetio.com!

Vendors can now be archived (individually or in bulk) like many other Fleetio records. Archiving vendors lets you preserve their history while getting them out of the way of active selectors on new records. View your archived vendors on the updated Vendor List, which now contains tabs for classifications.
