We've updated the Inspection Forms page, making it easier to navigate and manage your inspections. Here are the new features we've added:

New List View Available

In addition to the existing card view, we've added a new list view, providing a more compact and streamlined way to view your inspection forms. This new layout includes additional columns to give more information about each inspection form at a glance, like whether Enable Location Tracking and Prevent Use of Stored Photos are enabled. You can easily toggle between the two views using the switch at the top of the page. 

Inspection Form Search Bar

Now you can quickly find the inspection form you need by using the new search bar. Type in the name or keyword you're looking for, and we'll display matching results.

Filtering 

Find relevant inspection forms quickly using newly added filters. For example, using the Vehicle Type filter, you can see only forms assigned to Box Trucks.

Fleetio has introduced a new feature that allows fleets to streamline their parts management by archiving locations that are no longer in use. As fleets evolve their operations, part locations may change and it may become difficult to keep track of all the locations. With the new archiving feature, fleets can declutter their parts locations, making it easier to find the parts they need, while retaining parts records. 

This feature gives you greater control over your part locations, making it easy to manage and organize them. To learn more about this new feature, please refer to Fleetio's Help Center article on managing part locations.

Fleetio's Purchase Orders are critical business records, providing a clear record of goods purchased during your procurement process. Our new Purchase Order widget makes it easy to review the purchase orders that matter most for your role in one click. This gives you easier access to a filtered view of the Purchase Orders you care about, without viewing the ones you don't.

Enable DTC alerts for Verizon Reveal to create faults in Fleetio when they are detected. Using fault rules, you can flag certain codes as critical or tell Fleetio to ignore a specific code.
Critical faults will show up on your dashboard so you can take action as soon as you see them.

DTC alerts are automatically enabled for new Verizon Reveal integrations. If you have an existing integration, you can enable it from your integration settings.

You can now quickly add multiple service reminders to new and existing work orders and service entries. This functionality is available from any Vehicle page and the Service Reminder page. You can learn more in Help Center or view the instructions below.

How to Add Multiple Service Reminders from Vehicle Pages

1. Hover over a service reminder in the Service Reminder card, click Resolve, and select Add to Work Order or Add to Service Entry.
2. Select the service reminders you wish to add.
3. Choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
4. Hit Continue.
5. Complete and save the work order or service entry.

How to Add Multiple Service Reminders from the Service Reminder Page

1. Select multiple service reminders from the Service Reminder Index. Note: You can only add one asset's service reminders at a time.
2. Click the Actions button, and choose Add to Work Order or Add to Service Entry.
3. Select the service reminders you wish to add.
4. Choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
5. Hit Continue.
6. Complete and save the work order or service entry.

Tracking invoices in Fleetio is now easier than ever. Filtering the Service History Index by Payment Status lets you quickly identify your pending transactions, helping fleet managers and accounting teams identify outstanding payments, monitor cash flow, and gain more visibility into the complete service transaction history.

You can now modify Document labels quickly using Bulk Actions. This latest release is part of continuing efforts to standardize Bulk Actions throughout Fleetio.

As a part of this release, the option to download will be available to all users but can only be used by admins. These options will appear as locked for non-admins.

How to Update Document Labels in Bulk

Select multiple records in the Document index, click the Actions button, and choose Update Documents to change labels across selected records.

You can now update Vehicle Assignment custom fields in bulk using Bulk Actions. This release is part of ongoing work to standardize bulk actions throughout Fleetio.

How to Update Vehicle Assignment Custom Fields in Bulk

Select multiple vehicle assignments in the index by hovering over each assignment and selecting the checkbox that appears. Once assignments are selected, click the Actions button, and choose Update to update custom fields in bulk.

We've added the following four new columns to the vehicle index for customers with telematics integrations:

• Telematics Device
• Telematics Device Serial Number
• Telematics Device Type
• Telematics Device VIN

From the index, select the gear icon, then Manage Columns to bring up the available columns.
