Gain greater insight into your inspections data with the ability to export a CSV of all responses to any inspection form straight from your Inspections History. To ensure the data exports properly, make sure to filter your Inspections History on a single form. The resulting export will be impacted by any other filters, such as timeframe or vehicle group.

You can now see the default group new vehicles will be added to more easily in your account settings.

You can now quickly identify vehicles with missed inspections by viewing and exporting a list of all overdue inspections and their associated vehicles. Any filters applied on the Inspection Schedules page when exporting this list will be applied to the resulting CSV as well. Check out your Inspection Schedules. The export option can be found in the Actions dropdown menu.

Expense Management is now live in Fleetio! Understand the total cost of owning your assets by tracking all costs, from insurance to registration fees. Save time by automatically generating expenses for your loans and leases. Set the terms of your loan/lease once and payments will automatically populate for your asset. You can individually turn this on for specific loans and leases or toggle all on at once in your settings. You will also notice a new metric called "Other Costs", which adds up all your expenses. This number is now included in the "Total Costs" metric you may see in your dashboards and reports, ensuring you have full insight into your fleet's expenses.
