Fleetio Go v2.3 is out, bringing Work Order functionality previously found only in the Fleetio web app straight to your mobile device! Update Fleetio Go to remotely create and edit Work Orders and manage your shop operations from anywhere. You can now take bulk actions on recalls using our latest integration with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Create multiple Issues with pre-populated information about the recall all at once or bulk ignore recalls you determine are not critical to your fleet's safety. Fleetio now enables you to automatically pull in NHTSA safety recalls for your vehicles. Fleetio Go v2.2.2 is now live with minor fixes and improvements to functionality, including new photo permissions which enable users to add photos to vehicles even if they don't have the permission to edit them. You can now attach photos and documents directly to your Vendors to ensure important files can be easily located when you need them. Even better? When you associate a record, such as a Fuel Entry or Purchase Order, to a Vendor, all documents and photos in that record will be accessible directly from the Vendor's profile in your Fleetio account. Spend less time searching for documents and more time keeping your fleet on the road!

We've added over 1,000 Pep Boys shops to our Maintenance Provider Network, which now includes over 27,000 total locations! Using our Maintenance Shop Integration, you can now bring your vehicles to these shops and take advantage of the benefits of being a Fleetio customer, including automated data entry for service entries, electronic approvals and more! The ability to upload and edit photos on a Vehicle or Contact has now been made separate from full Edit permissions for that record. Given the permission to manage photos, a user does not have to have the Edit permission on a Vehicle or Contact in order to upload a photo to it. Check out our Help Center to learn more about this permissions update (look for the "Manage Photos" permissions)!

We've made some improvements to Purchase Orders! Add the full details of a new part from within a Work Order or PO, see the measurement unit on PO line items and in the corresponding PDF, and see the price of your parts automatically populate in your POs. Keep an eye out for these changes next time you create a PO!

The Recalculate & Validate feature on vehicle Fuel Entries has now been improved to fix a bug some users were seeing where all fuel entries would auto-void when using this feature. Check out our Help Center for instructions on how to fully take advantage of this improvement!
