Edit Service Task Categorization in Bulk!

Fleetio's 300+ standard Service Tasks encompass the most common repairs a fleet manager may encounter — and each task has default VMRS coding for immediate insight. As you encounter less common repairs that require custom Service Tasks, we've made it easier than ever to filter and categorize those tasks in bulk via the Service Task index. This produces categorical insights into all of your maintenance data. And, you can edit the default categorizations we've applied to our standard Service Tasks with the click of a button.

Discover insights faster and easier with Fleetio's New PO Visibility Feature

We’re excited to announce an improvement to our Fleetio product – PO visibility on Part line items on Work Orders. With this new feature, you can now easily identify the Purchase Order associated with each Part used on a Work Order, as long as you’re using an advanced inventory valuation method (i.e. LIFO or FIFO). This means no more digging through paperwork or trying to remember which Purchase Order a particular Part came from while reviewing your Work Orders. Now, you can quickly access this information with just one click.

To access this feature, simply navigate to a Work Order including Parts that came from a Purchase Order. Click the “PO” link on the Part line item and you’ll be linked directly to that Purchase Order. We believe this improvement will save you valuable time and resources, and make it easier to reconcile your Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
