Session Timeout for Fleetio Web


Fleetio users with Admin or Owner role permissions can now set session timeout preferences for all account users on Fleetio Web. Like the existing Fleetio Go session timeout, accounts can be set to log users out of Fleetio Web after a period of inactivity.

Enhanced Contact List Report

With the new Contact List Report functionality, you can:

  1. Rearrange report columns to center important data
  2. View all saved and shared reports built from the standard Contact List Report using the new dropdown.
  3. Favorite reports from the index or dropdown
  4. Use updated filter experience

The enhanced Contact List report is part of ongoing updates to Fleetio's 40+ standard reports. As a result of the ongoing report enhancements, you may notice differences between report experiences.

Bulk Add Service Reminders in Go

You can now quickly add multiple service reminders to new and existing work orders and service entries in Go. This functionality is available from any vehicle page and the Service Reminders page.

How to Add Multiple Service Reminders from the Service Reminders Page


  1. From the dashboard, tap Browse, then scroll down to select Service Reminders.
  2. Tap Select and choose the service reminders you wish to add. Note: You can only add one asset's issues at a time.
  3. Choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
  4. Complete and save the work order or service entry.


How To Add Multiple Service Reminders From Vehicle Pages


  1. Scroll down to the Alerts section on any vehicle page. 
  2. Tap the Options button, and choose to add to an existing work order/service entry or create a new one.
  3. Complete and save the work order or service entry.

Ability to Assign Saved Reports to a New Owner

We understand the challenge of managing reports within a dynamic team environment, where team members come and go. To address this issue, we're excited to announce our latest feature – the ability to assign new owners to reports.

With this feature, you can ensure that no valuable report is left without an owner, allowing you to seamlessly continue where the original owner left off. 

You can bulk update report owners in the "Saved Reports" section of your Account Settings page.

View all Labor in Progress with this new Widget

We recently launched a web-only feature that helps technicians log labor hours by clocking into and out of a Work Order, now you can view all active work in one place! With the new Labor in Progress widget, you can see all active timers for your technicians, allowing you to quickly review what's in progress and stop any timers that may have been forgotten.

Clock-in to Work Orders with Fleetio Web

Technicians in Fleetio can now log labor hours by clocking into and out of work orders using the Fleetio Web app.

When a technician clocks in, a persistent clickable timer will remain visible in the lower left-hand corner of the page, allowing them to complete other actions within Fleetio.

Users must be individually logged into Fleetio to start their timer, and only one timer per user can be active at once.
