You can now merge Vendors with one click! Easily clean up your vendor data by merging duplicate records, and all historical data will be combined on the new destination vendor. Learn more in our Help Center, and let us know what you think at feedback@fleetio.com!
Vendors can now be archived (individually or in bulk) like many other Fleetio records. Archiving vendors lets you preserve their history while getting them out of the way of active selectors on new records. View your archived vendors on the updated Vendor List, which now contains tabs for classifications.

There is now a Manage Subscribers bulk action at the top of the Contact Renewal Reminders list that gives you the ability to add/remove email recipients for many reminders at once!
In preparation for GDPR regulations, we've updated our product email templates to allow recipients to be able to quickly unsubscribe from non-critical emails sent from within Fleetio. Review your email settings to be sure they're set to your liking.
We just added inventory details to the Parts by Location report! If you open up the column selector, you will now see a section for "Location Info" that includes current quantity, reorder point, and more! Be sure to check out the new inventory filters in that sidebar too.
You can now manage your Vendors in Fleetio based on their " Classification." Each Vendor can be classified as Fuel, Service, or Parts (or all 3!). This will determine which Vendor dropdowns they appear in throughout the system. To manage existing Vendors in bulk, use the " Manage Classifications" tool at the top of the Vendor List.
There is a new layout option on the Purchase Order List report: "Split by Part." This view will show you each individual line item from your Purchase Orders, giving you a chance to report and filter on the itemized purchase history of specific parts.
