See your Maintenance Shop Integration (MSI) Repair Orders that Need Approval in Fleetio Go You can now view external RO's that need approval directly in the Fleetio Go mobile app. This allows you to see which MSI repair orders need attention right now, no matter where you are. Fleetio Go shows each RO in this status on the Home screen and links directly to it in Auto Integrate so you can approve or reject work quickly and easily. You can also now see Pending Service Entries in the service history for a vehicle as well. Check it out in Fleetio Go.
Samsara Integration Enhancement: Streamlined resolution process with DVIR Defects Defects from completed Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) in Samsara are automatically synced to Fleetio. Once the issue is resolved, Fleetio will automatically push the resolution back into Samsara to increase transparency and maintain data consistency. If you use Samsara with Fleetio, edit your Samsara integration to enable this setting!
Easily export vehicle and equipment issues from Issues list! Analyze asset issues when you export your Issues list as a CSV. Keep in mind, you can also filter and sort issue data to gain additional insight.
Improved Reconciliation for Maintenance Shop Integration Transactions You can now match your outsourced maintenance transactions directly to your CB Charge statement for fast and easy reconciliation. Visit the MSI statements section of your account and click any available statement to see corresponding Service Entries and match them side-by-side with your CB Charge statement. You can also download a PDF or CSV version of your statement from here as well!
Gain insight into your asset utilization with improved telematics meter entries Multiple meter entries that are created on the same day from a telematics device (with the same value, date and void status) will now be merged into a single row in your Meter History list. This allows you to gain insight into accurate meter data without being overwhelmed with duplicate meter entries. If several meter entries have the same date and meter reading, Fleetio will still import them into the database, just not display all of them.
Recall Exporting Now Available for Users Administrators can now enable permissions to allow other Users to export Recalls! Previously, Administrators only had the ability to export Recalls. Manage Permissions

Shop services, amenities and descriptions now available on Fleetio Go Take the guesswork out of choosing a shop. We're now tagging maintenance providers with additional data about services and amenities in Fleetio Go, just like we do in the web app. See services performed (oil change, inspections, brakes, transmissions, alignment, tires, batteries, car wash, windshields), vehicle type (light, medium, heavy-duty, diesel) and amenities (towing, mobile, pickup, and appointments). If these types of services have been performed for Fleetio customers in the past, a tag will appear on their Maintenance Provider profile in the Shop Directory on Fleetio Go. You can also see shop descriptions and important notes from the Fleetio team, if applicable. Make sure you're on the latest version of Fleetio Go v4.0.3 to see these improvements.
