For those with a GeoTab integration, you can now get all DTC alerts from the device regardless of how critical they might be. You can go to the integration settings and turn that on to see EVERYTHING! We just added several new Comment-related events to our Webhooks feature. Now Fleetio can push data to you any time a comment is added to an Issue, Service Entry, Purchase Order, and more. Just be sure to update your existing Webhooks if you don’t have "All Events" already selected.
You now have the option to set a Start Date, a Start Time, and an End Time alongside the End Date on your Work Orders and Service Entries. Fleetio will then calculate a service Duration which can be sorted and filtered throughout the system, allowing you to keep a close eye on asset downtime!
We've added some quick stats at the top of the fuel log to give you some basic totals right at the top. Hopefully, this will make it easy to see an overview of your fuel log.
There is now a Discount field in the Totals panel of every Service Entry! You can use this input to enter a fixed OR percentage discount against the total cost of service.
