Fleetio Pay™️ Debit Beta: Simplify Fleet Payments with Ease and Control

We’re excited to introduce Fleetio Pay Debit, a new way to make fleet maintenance payments simple and hassle-free. With Fleetio Pay Debit, you can pay for services directly at the point of sale, gaining more flexibility and automatic transaction data syncing.
Easily add or withdraw money, issue or suspend cards, set spending limits, and monitor all your transactions. Drivers can store virtual cards in the Fleetio Go App for easy contactless payments with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Enjoy tap-and-go payments and eliminate the need for manual invoice tracking. Centralize all invoices and transactions in one account, use the debit card anywhere Visa® is accepted, and ensure secure, instant payments to reduce downtime and prevent fraud.

Introducing the Work Order Calendar View (Beta)

We're thrilled to introduce Fleetio's new Work Order Calendar View. With this new feature, you can easily view, create, and manage work orders all from one place.

Work Order Calendar View (Beta)

Enhanced Scheduling: Work Orders in Fleetio now have two new date fields: Scheduled Start Date and Expected Completion Date. By inputting a Scheduled Start Date, you’ll be able to view upcoming services in a calendar by week or month. With these new date fields, you can now plan your work orders with precision.
Calendar View: Organize and view upcoming service activities by week or month. The visual representation lets you instantly identify pending or completed orders.
Insightful Reporting: The new date fields have been integrated into relevant reports, allowing you to see how often Actual Start Dates align with Scheduled Start Dates.

Fleetio's Work Order Calendar View offers you flexibility and clarity, making it easier to find information and manage tasks.

Vehicle Overview Personalization

We've expanded Vehicle Overview tab personalization in beta, allowing users to add, remove, and sort tabs based on their needs. Tab personalizations are saved at a user level and visible across all vehicles.

Opt-in to the Vehicle Overview Beta

The Vehicle Overview beta continues to be available to all users via an opt-in on all Vehicle pages. A full release to all accounts is scheduled for May 10th.

We appreciate all the feedback we've received and encourage all users to opt-in to the improved Vehicle Overview page and provide feedback.

New Vehicle Page Available

We're excited to announce that the new Vehicle page (beta) is live! Try it today to begin:

Tracking key vehicle metrics like Cost of Ownership via new widgets
Pulling forward key data with customizable menu tabs
Grouping, sorting, and searching for vehicles with custom labels
Making inline edits to ALL Vehicle Details

Follow these instructions to opt-in to the new design:

Go to Vehicles > Select a Vehicle > Click the "Try-it now" button.

Note: The new Vehicle page design will be the default experience for all users from April 28th, 2022.
