There is now a Manage Subscribers bulk action at the top of the Contact Renewal Reminders list that gives you the ability to add/remove email recipients for many reminders at once!

In preparation for GDPR regulations, we've updated our product email templates to allow recipients to be able to quickly unsubscribe from non-critical emails sent from within Fleetio. Review your email settings to be sure they're set to your liking.

We just added inventory details to the Parts by Location report! If you open up the column selector, you will now see a section for "Location Info" that includes current quantity, reorder point, and more! Be sure to check out the new inventory filters in that sidebar too.

You can now manage your Vendors in Fleetio based on their " Classification." Each Vendor can be classified as Fuel, Service, or Parts (or all 3!). This will determine which Vendor dropdowns they appear in throughout the system. To manage existing Vendors in bulk, use the " Manage Classifications" tool at the top of the Vendor List.

There is a new layout option on the Purchase Order List report: "Split by Part." This view will show you each individual line item from your Purchase Orders, giving you a chance to report and filter on the itemized purchase history of specific parts.

Custom Fields are now available on Vehicle Assignments! You can define your own date, checkbox, drop-down, or text fields to be filled out on each assignment, and you then you can filter and export those values on the Vehicle Assignment reports.

Reports are about to get a lot more powerful! We just added a custom column selector to the top-right of the Status Summary report. This tool will let you choose precisely which columns you want to see (or hide!) on the report. This is the first of many - every report will have this feature soon. DTC Alerts have been completely upgraded and rebranded as "Faults" in Fleetio! We added a Faults submenu on the vehicle profile, new features on the Faults list page, and a new Account Setting called Fault Rules. These rules allow you to tell Fleetio how to handle an incoming fault (ie "Critical" faults will receive special attention on index pages and dashboard panels).

The Default Tax 1 and Tax 2 values from your Account Settings will now pre-populate on new Purchase Orders!
