Expanded access to mobile service providers through Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions

Finding reliable mobile service at scale can be challenging, especially when managing vehicles across multiple regions. That’s why we’ve expanded our Shop Network partnership with Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions, giving Fleetio customers access to one of the largest mobile service networks in the industry through a single point of contact.

With this expanded partnership, customers can tap into the full Cox Mobility Solutions platform, including the legacy Dickinson network, for a more consistent and efficient mobile maintenance experience nationwide.

What’s included:

  • Broader nationwide coverage – Access more than 1,200 mobile technicians across the U.S.
  • Simplified service coordination – Submit mobile service requests through a single point of contact at 844-663-5338 or sr@coxautoinc.com.
  • Less vendor management – Spend less time coordinating providers and more time getting vehicles back on the road.
  • Improved provider visibility – Find and connect with Cox mobile service providers directly from the Shop Directory.

This expansion strengthens the Shop Network with greater coverage, more service capacity, and easier access to trusted mobile maintenance providers.

Goodyear Is Now in the Fleetio Network

Managing tire spend and service coverage just got easier. Goodyear is now part of the Fleetio Shop Network, giving Fleetio customers access to one of the largest and most trusted service networks in the country.
 
Through this relationship, customers can take advantage of national account pricing, streamlined billing, and expanded access to maintenance and repair services across Goodyear locations and authorized dealers nationwide.

What’s new:

  • Access nationwide tire pricing – Take advantage of national account pricing at Goodyear company-owned locations and authorized dealers across the U.S.
  • Simplify tire service transactions – Repair orders can be processed directly through the Goodyear national account, helping reduce administrative overhead and teams better manage tire-related spend.
  • Handle more maintenance in one place – Beyond tires, Goodyear locations offer preventive maintenance, brake service, and a wide range of repair work through a single service provider.
  • Expand service coverage across your fleet – Give drivers and vehicles access to trusted maintenance and repair locations wherever they operate.

By bringing Goodyear into the Fleetio Shop Network, fleets can gain more flexibility in where they service vehicles with the goal of making one of their largest operating expenses easier to manage.

More towing and roadside coverage, now available through the Shop Network

When a vehicle is down, having options matters. That’s why we’ve expanded Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Network with the addition of Dispatch, a nationwide provider of towing and roadside assistance services.

Dispatch brings broad coverage across the U.S., giving fleets another trusted option for getting vehicles back on the road quickly, whether it’s a simple roadside fix or a more complex recovery situation.

What’s included:

  • Support beyond basic roadside assistance – Access towing, accident recovery, rollovers, recoveries, winch-outs, and load shift services through Dispatch’s nationwide network.
  • Help for common breakdowns – Get assistance with tire issues, battery and electrical problems, fuel delivery, lockouts, fluid service, and minor mechanical repairs.
  • More service provider choice – An additional nationwide partner means greater flexibility when managing unexpected vehicle downtime.

Faster towing and roadside dispatch through the Maintenance Shop Network

When a vehicle is stranded, waiting on approvals slows everything down. Fleetio’s new towing and roadside assistance process helps get vehicles off the road faster by treating the initial dispatch request as the service approval.

As towing and roadside services become available through the Maintenance Shop Network, providers can begin service immediately after dispatch instead of waiting for a separate approval step. A repair order will still be created in Auto Integrate for visibility, documentation, and billing  without adding another approval touchpoint.

What’s new

  • Faster service response – Towing and roadside events are considered approved as soon as a provider is dispatched through the network
  • Clear repair documentation – Repair orders are still created in Auto Integrate to support tracking, visibility, and billing workflows
  • Fewer manual touchpoints – Auto-approval rules for towing transactions help reduce unnecessary review steps and processing delays
  • Consistent roadside support – Fleetio’s first towing and roadside partner, Motify, provides 24/7 nationwide coverage through a single driver support line

Canadian Tire is now part of Fleetio's Maintenance Shop Network, giving fleets access to more than 490 Auto Service Centers across the country for everyday maintenance and repair needs.

We’ve expanded the Shop Network by partnering with Caliber Collision, bringing 116 locations nationwide into the network, with more to come.
