You can now manage Auto Integrate's automatic approval thresholds in Fleetio. Once setup, all Repair Order line items that cost less than your designated limit will be automatically approved.

Get Spiffy, a fully mobile auto care provider has joined Fleetio’s Maintenance Shop Integration (MSI). Get Spiffy specializes in vehicle cleaning, detailing, tire replacement services, and preventative services like tire rotations and oil changes.
This exciting new addition to the 30,000+ strong MSI provider list is operational in 23 US states.
With this update, bulk Watching management, first added to the Service Reminder index, is now available across five new indexes:

The refreshed Purchase Order Form provides a simplified workflow letting users quickly create and add parts to Purchase Orders.

We are continuing updates across Fleetio Apps to improve speed and enhance functionality. As a part of these updates, Vehicle and Contact Renewal Reminder Indexes have been upgraded to bring forward more important data via added columns and new record "peeks". "Peeks" are panels (shown below) that surface key record data from the index.
We’ve updated the Purchase Order Index page to increase visibility into Purchase Orders (POs). Fleet managers can now view more key PO information from the Index, such as a POs creator, labels, description, and relevant dates (created, rejected, approved, etc.). Index columns can be customized to include more data or simplify the view.
The new Service Reminder Compliance Report provides Fleet Managers with the ability to track and visualize preventative maintenance compliance across their fleet.
The report shows the percentage of "on time" maintenance compliance throughout time and can be filtered and grouped by Vehicle, Vehicle Group, and Service Task.
