Get a Clearer View of Technician Labor
The Technician Labor Summary Report now gives you more control over how labor data is filtered, giving you granular visibility into technician performance.
Previously, timeframe reporting was limited to filtering by the submitted issue date of work orders. Now, you can also filter by the date labor was performed, giving you a more accurate view of technician activity during a specific period.
What's new:
- Issue Date filter – Previously labeled as Time Frame. The functionality remains unchanged, but the filter has been renamed for clarity to indicate that it filters by the work order's issue date.
- Filter by labor dates – Analyze labor entries based on when the work was performed, not just when the original issue was created.
- Narrow results by technician – Focus reporting on specific technicians to better review individual labor activity and performance.
These updates make it easier to answer common questions about technician productivity and labor trends without extra report adjustments.
