Approval requests now go directly to the right approvers
Repair order approvals move faster when the right people are notified from the start. Fleetio now routes repair order approval notifications based on each user’s Maximum Approval Limit, helping ensure actionable approval requests are sent only to users who have the authority to approve them.
Users without a high enough approval limit can still be notified that a repair order is awaiting approval, but they won’t receive an approval request they can’t act on. This reduces unnecessary notification noise, prevents approval dead ends, and helps authorized approvers respond more quickly.
As part of this update, Max Authorization Limit has been renamed to Maximum Approval Limit throughout the Fleetio UI to better reflect its role in the repair order approval process.
