link2pump now integrates with Fleetio to automatically sync fuel transaction data needed to keep preventive maintenance plans current and total cost of ownership reporting accurate. link2pump helps modernize on-site fuel operations with a cloud-based platform that tracks inventory, deliveries, transfers, and driver activity — reducing manual work across fuel management workflows while helping keep Fleetio accurate as the system of record for maintenance and cost reporting.

The link2pump integration helps:

Faster towing and roadside dispatch through the Maintenance Shop Network

When a vehicle is stranded, waiting on approvals slows everything down. Fleetio’s new towing and roadside assistance process helps get vehicles off the road faster by treating the initial dispatch request as the service approval.

As towing and roadside services become available through the Maintenance Shop Network, providers can begin service immediately after dispatch instead of waiting for a separate approval step. A repair order will still be created in Auto Integrate for visibility, documentation, and billing  without adding another approval touchpoint.

What’s new

  • Faster service response – Towing and roadside events are considered approved as soon as a provider is dispatched through the network
  • Clear repair documentation – Repair orders are still created in Auto Integrate to support tracking, visibility, and billing workflows
  • Fewer manual touchpoints – Auto-approval rules for towing transactions help reduce unnecessary review steps and processing delays
  • Consistent roadside support – Fleetio’s first towing and roadside partner, Motify, provides 24/7 nationwide coverage through a single driver support line

Inspections no longer live outside the work you’re already doing. You can now attach inspection forms directly to service tasks, so technicians can complete inspections as part of a work order, without switching contexts or duplicating effort.

What's Included

  • Inspections built into the job – Add inspection forms directly to service tasks and subtasks so they’re completed during the work order
  • Works on web and mobile – Technicians can start and complete inspections in Fleetio Go or web while tracking labor. Must have app version 7.12.0+
  • Clear progress visibility – View inspection status and submissions on the work order and vehicle record

Use OR Logic in Filters For More Specific Views

You can now use OR logic when building filters across Fleetio index pages, giving your team more flexibility to create the lists and reports you need.

Instead of building separate saved views for related criteria, OR filtering lets you include records that match one condition or another in the same view. For example, you can filter for issues where Status = Open OR Priority = High, or vehicles where Group = Atlanta OR Group = Birmingham.

This makes it easier to find the right records, answer questions faster, and build useful views without extra filter workarounds.
