We’ve increased the number of Automations you can create in your account and added the Vehicle record as a trigger, condition, and action in the Automations tool. This lets you build workflows around vehicle information, so routine follow-up can happen automatically instead of relying on someone to check records and take the next step.

For example, you can use vehicle details—such as status or assignment—as conditions for a workflow. When those conditions are met, Fleetio can update supported vehicle information, create an Issue for follow-up, or create a Work Order linked to that vehicle. You can also send an email or add a comment as part of the workflow.
