Motor Pool now lets you set up reusable reservation rates and flat fees, so your team can price reservations consistently, reduce manual entry, and simplify billing across your organization.

With this update, you can:

• Set rates by vehicle type and rental duration: Create reusable rate tables with hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and mileage-based pricing to match your organization's billing structure.
• Add customizable flat fees: Create reusable charges such as cleaning, fuel, or late return fees, and add multiple fees to a reservation as needed.
• Make adjustments when needed: Override individual charges without changing your standard rates, and reset them back to the original rate with one click.

These improvements help teams reduce billing errors and make it easier to manage cost recovery across departments and shared vehicle programs.
