Required Custom Fields Now Available
Owners and Administrators can now require that Custom Fields be completed by Users whenever they edit or create a Record in Fleetio. This added functionality helps fleets ensure that their data records are complete and trustworthy.
How to Implement Required Custom Fields
Required Custom Fields can be managed in the Custom Fields section in Account Settings.
Before setting a Custom Field as required, we recommend reviewing the special rules that apply to Required Custom Fields with APIs, Imports, and Add-in Bulk tools. Refer to the Help Center for more details.
