Faster towing and roadside dispatch through the Maintenance Shop Network
When a vehicle is stranded, waiting on approvals slows everything down. Fleetio’s new towing and roadside assistance process helps get vehicles off the road faster by treating the initial dispatch request as the service approval.
As towing and roadside services become available through the Maintenance Shop Network, providers can begin service immediately after dispatch instead of waiting for a separate approval step. A repair order will still be created in Auto Integrate for visibility, documentation, and billing without adding another approval touchpoint.
