In your Notification Settings, you will now see an option to enable Automated watching/unwatching on existing Service Reminders and Vehicle Renewal Reminders. 

Once enabled, you will be added as a Watcher on those existing Reminders. Once you are removed as a Vehicle Watcher, this setting will remove you from all of those corresponding Reminders.
