Fleetio can now provide Maintenance Shop Integration (MSI) users with seamless Auto Integrate user management and Single Sign-on (SSO) user access. 

When enabled: 

• Fleetio Owners, Admins, and Regular users with an Auto Integrate User Admin role can manage their organization's Auto Integrate user permissions directly through the Fleetio Web-App. 
• Users no longer need Auto Integrate credentials to access Repair Orders and modify Auto-Approval Policies. 

How to Set Up Auto Integrate Access

New MSI accounts: Accounts created after December 16th, 2021 will automatically have access to Auto Integrate user management and user access via Fleetio within 24hrs of billing account approval. 

Existing MSI Accounts: Accounts created prior to December 16th, 2021 must request access to Auto Integrate user management and SSO. Click the "Request Access" button in Shop Integration > Auto Integrate User Management to get started.
