AI Service Advisor resolves vehicle issues after service
When a Service Entry is completed, AI Service Advisor can now review the completed work alongside any existing open issues for that vehicle and suggest which ones were likely resolved. Instead of jumping between records and manually reconciling repairs against DVIRs, inspection findings, or driver complaints, teams can review recommendations in a single flow.
What’s new
- Resolution Suggestions – Teams can trigger suggestions manually or enable automatic processing whenever a Service Entry is completed.
- Automatically resolve high-confidence matches – Fleets that want full automation can allow AI Service Advisor to automatically resolve issues when confidence is high, while still surfacing lower-confidence suggestions for review.
Service completed through Shop Network vendors can now map back to open issues, helping fleets reduce stale or duplicate issues without the manual cross-checking. Each suggested resolution includes supporting rationale and links to the related Service Entry, creating a clearer audit trail and helping teams keep maintenance records accurate at scale.
