Fleetio now supports VIN decoding for powersports vehicles (ATVs, motorcycles, and UTVs) and commercial light-duty vehicles manufactured in Canada, in addition to existing support for U.S. light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles and trailers.

Fleetio now offers default system forms and fields across the Web App and Fleetio Go in Spanish.

This means that when your team switches their app language to Spanish, they’ll automatically see template inspection forms, service tasks, default vehicle types, statuses, issue priorities, and VMRS codes all display in Spanish, no manual setup required.

What’s new:

1. Assign Service Reminders directly to a contact (driver, technician, or manager) from any reminder action.
2. New dashboard widget highlights upcoming and overdue assignments, with compliance tracking.
3. Service Reminder index now includes Assignee and Assignment Date columns.
4. Assignments show up in contact records and reminder emails.
5. Assigned contacts receive email notifications when a reminder is delegated to them.
6. Assignments are automatically cleared when a reminder is reset.

Assignments make it easy to see who’s responsible for each task, helping teams stay organized, improve follow-through, and keep vehicles maintained on time.

We’ve introduced an Approve All action to streamline Repair Order approvals in Fleetio's Shop Network. 

What's Included: 

1. A new “Approve All” button for repair on an RO is available in Fleetio on service entries. 
2. Approval emails now include a single-click Approve All path.
3. Guardrails are in place to enforce account policies (e.g., confirmation steps if required).

Benefits: 

1. Approvers can bulk-approve all line items instead of approving them individually.
2. Able to approve line items without leaving Fleetio's user interface. 
3. Reduces approval time and eliminates repetitive per-line workflows.
4. Keeps approvers in flow while ensuring compliance with existing policies.
