You can now find existing Data Connectors directly in your Integrations Directory, and we’ve added Workato as a new connector option to help connect Fleetio with more than 1,200 third-party systems. These connectors give you pre-built tools to create and automate workflows that move Fleetio data where it needs to go, trigger downstream actions, and reduce manual steps between systems.

This update can help you: 

• Connect Fleetio with business workflows and ERP systems – Use Workato to bring Fleetio data into accounting, finance and other business processes. For example, bring fleet costs into systems like NetSuite or SAP without relying on repeated manual exports.
• Bring fleet data into company-wide analytics – Use Airbyte, Singer.io, or Fivetran to move Fleetio data into a data warehouse or central reporting environment, making it easier to analyze maintenance, vehicle and operational data alongside information from across your business.
• Work with fleet data in everyday reporting tools – Use Excel or Power Query to bring Fleetio data into existing spreadsheets or Power BI for analysis and reporting. Refresh maintenance, fuel or other fleet information as needed without rebuilding the same exports each time.

Participating GM dealerships offer more than manufacturer-specific and warranty work. Fleets can access routine preventive maintenance, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and non-OEM services, making it easier to find a full-service maintenance provider capable of handling a wide range of asset needs.

With factory-trained technicians, genuine OEM parts, and manufacturer-backed expertise available when needed, fleets have another reliable option for keeping vehicles serviced and on the road.

Telematics faults can add up quickly, making it difficult to separate routine alerts from problems that need attention. Now, AI Service Advisor reviews incoming faults for recurring patterns and related codes, then turns the most meaningful findings into unified issues in Fleetio.

Each issue includes a plain-language summary of what the faults may indicate, the potential long-term risk, and recommended next steps. Faults remain linked to the issue, so resolving the issue also resolves the associated fault records.

This new feature is part of AI Service Advisor, which is currently in open beta for a limited time.

Searching the Shop Directory is now more intuitive, making it easier to find the maintenance providers you need. Whether you're searching for a specific shop in a specific city or trying to locate a provider for a particular service, search results are now more accurate and better aligned with your intent.

What's new:

• Combine shop names and locations – Search naturally with terms like "Valvoline Chicago" or "Jiffy Lube Atlanta" to quickly find the right shop in the right area.
• Search by service – Looking for an oil change, tire repair, or another maintenance service? Search by the work you need to find shops that offer it.
• Get more relevant location results – City and location searches now return results that better reflect Fleetio's Shop Directory, improving accuracy for location-based queries.
• See results that match the map – As you move the map, search results update to better reflect the visible area and your search.
• Find shops despite small typos – Mild misspellings, like "goodyeer" or "peterbuilt," can still return relevant shops and suggestions.

These improvements help reduce missed results and make it faster to connect with the right maintenance provider.

We've expanded our partnership with Caliber to give fleets access to even more trusted collision repair providers through Shop Network. What started with approximately 115 Caliber Collision locations now includes Caliber's full collision repair network, helping fleets find reliable service in more places.

The expansion also adds access to Caliber Auto Glass, making it easier to connect with trusted providers for another common repair need. 

What's new:

• More collision repair locations – Access all 1,800 Caliber Collision locations across the U.S.
• Mobile auto glass service – Connect with 1,100 Caliber Auto Glass mobile service locations for windshield and glass repairs.

Closing out work orders often requires manually checking labor, completed work, and documentation to determine whether everything is ready. Work Order assessments now bring AI-powered guidance directly into the work order, helping reviewers quickly identify which jobs are ready to move forward and which ones could address additional service or issues.

You can also run an assessment on demand whenever you want a fresh evaluation. As work orders change, assessments can be rerun to reflect the latest labor, parts, line items, linked maintenance, and other work order details. When a work order is completed, its latest assessment carries over to the resulting service entry, helping preserve context.

Already using assessments? Work Order Assessments are automatically available using your existing Assessment settings—no additional configuration is required.

New to assessments? You can enable them from Settings → AI Service Advisor.

Every purchase order adds time to the maintenance process. Parts and Tires Ordering powered by PartsTech helps fleets save up to 15 minutes per purchase order by automatically syncing purchase order details back into Fleetio after an order is placed, reducing manual entry and keeping procurement connected to your maintenance workflow.

When you're ready to source parts or tires, you'll be taken to PartsTech, where you can view suppliers, pricing, and availability—all in one place—before placing your order. Once the order is submitted, the purchase order is automatically synced to Fleetio, helping you maintain accurate records without extra administrative work.
