Automatically Create and Assign Work Orders
A new Work Order action has been added to Automations, allowing you to automatically create a work order when an issue is created.
Now, you can build automations that instantly:
- Link issues to work orders
- Assign them to the right team member
For example, when a critical issue is logged on an asset, a work order record can be created with status “Needs Review” and assigned to a designated technician.
Available to Professional, Premium, and Enterprise [Legacy] plans.
