Service Reminder Assignments
What’s new:
- Assign Service Reminders directly to a contact (driver, technician, or manager) from any reminder action.
- New dashboard widget highlights upcoming and overdue assignments, with compliance tracking.
- Service Reminder index now includes Assignee and Assignment Date columns.
- Assignments show up in contact records and reminder emails.
- Assigned contacts receive email notifications when a reminder is delegated to them.
- Assignments are automatically cleared when a reminder is reset.
