Save Time and See More At-A-Glance With the Enhanced Work Order Experience
We used what made our classic Work Order form great to inspire us to build an enhanced Work Order experience. We've introduced quick-select time options, more visibility into reminder information, and improvements to part quantities, among other things.

What's Changed
Added Date/Time inputs - Select a rounded time from the new Issue Time drop-down list. We also added common time selections for labor hours to make it faster to log work.
Added Service Reminder information to Service Tasks - When selecting line items, we're displaying more information for Service Tasks so it's easier to view and select tasks with "Due Soon" or "Overdue" reminders. If the task is also associated with any other open Work Orders, you can hover over the Work Order number to view a summary.
In addition to saving you time when you add a Work Order, these enhancements are building blocks for new features on the horizon. (Did someone say maintenance categorization?)
