We've improved issue resolution between Fleetio and Geotab to reduce the amount of data you need to maintain between systems.

How defect resolution works:

1. A driver submits a defect while conducting a DVIR in Geotab.
2. The defect is brought into Fleetio as an issue.
3. The issue is resolved, either with a note or through maintenance.
4. (New) The issue resolution is pushed back to Geotab, closing the loop.

This latest enhancement is available for all Geotab plans.
